I can't get the movie video clips to work in the members' section. Why not?

I got billed twice in one month. Why did that happen?

I don't like your site. Can I get a refund?

I think I was billed accidentally or incorrectly. Should I just have the credit card company take the charge off my bill?

How do I cancel my membership?
It's easy! Just go here to our automatic membership cancel page. You will need your subscription number from your original receipt. If you can't get the auto cancel to work, don't worry. Just email me and I'll take care of it within 24 hours. Remember to give yourself plenty of time to cancel--if you wait until the last minute and your account gets re-billed before we receive your cancellation request, you will not receive a refund! Please make sure to add my email address (natasha@natashaflade.com) to your list of approved email addresses or your spam filter will eat your cancellation confirmation.

I have AOL and I'm having problems viewing your site or even getting into your site. What do I do?
AOL is TERRIBLE for viewing adult websites! Once you access the internet, minimize your AOL browser and open up Internet Explorer's brower. You can download Internet Explorer here for free! If you use Internet Explorer to view my website, it will save you a lot of headaches. And while I'm talking about AOL, it likes to eat my emails, too. So if you need help and write me, I may not be able to get through to you! You can use a yahoo or hotmail email address instead or at least make sure to add me to your approved list in AOL's spam filter settings. But using yahoo or hotmail addressess are the safest bet. Sorry.

I can't view images on your site. What do I do?
This site is best viewed with Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher or Netscape 6.0 or higher. I strongly DISCOURAGE you from using AOL's browser as it is really awful for viewing adult websites. If you have AOL, you can still use Internet Explorer or Netscape as your browser. If your browser is out of date, you may not see the images on my site correctly. Internet Explorer. is free, so don't worry about having to pay for anything.

I do want to make clear that you don't need to do anything special to see my site. Every page has easy text links at the bottom of page, even in the members' area. So the buttons are not required, just nice to look at. :-)

So, if you would like to see the buttons (and they are pretty cool looking), the most important thing is to test your
Java Plug In. Java Plug is absolutely necessary to view the hover buttons on my site and many other images found on other sites as well. If you don't have Java Plug In on your computer, you need to install it. It's free, too!  If you have Java Plug In but the test says you're running an older version, please download the latest version. I had to do this myself and it took less than 5 minutes to install and reboot my computer.

The newer Windows XP Pro edition blocks Axtive  X, which will prevent you from being able to view the buttons on my site. But it also tells you right at the top of the browser that it is blocking them, and allows you to easily enable Active X.

Norton Antivirus Ad Blocker may prevent you from seeing some of the photos on this site. For some unknown reason, it perceives some photos as "ads." To prevent this, please disable ad blocker on your virus protection program.

If you still can't see those darn buttons after updating your Java Plug In and enabling Active X, then you may need to make a few adjustments to your proxy settings. It's really easy, honest! Just follow these easy, step by step instructions. Last but not least, if you're an AOL user, you should try these AOL solutions as well. Or dump AOL--as I said, it's awful for looking at adult websites. Just use a different browser.

And if you're still stumped after all that (which hopefully you won't be), just email me and I'll be happy to help you!

Or just use the text links at the bottom of every page. Remember, there are text links in the members' area, too.

I forgot my codes -- how do I retreive them?
You can easily retrieve your username and password here. You will need your subscription number from your original receipt. If you can't get the automated password reminder page to work, don't worry. Just email me and I'll take care of it within 24 hours.

The security code screen will not let me enter the members area -- what is wrong?
The security code is necessary to prevent hackers from breaking into my site. (I don't know why, but a lot of people want to see what's inside the members-only area without paying!) If you keep getting sent to "Lost Your Password?" page, then your username has been disabled because security detected multiple computers using your username and password to access my site. If that happens, just email me and I'll reset your codes so you can enter the membership area. Add my email address to your approved list so my reply is not eaten by your spam filter!

I can't view the security code so I can get into your site. Help!
if you can't even see the security code, then you need to configure your computer to accept cookies from me. It's easy to do, so don't worry! Just follow the following steps and you'll be happily enjoying my VIP Lounge in no time.

1. In Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options
2. Click the Privacy tab, and then click Sites.
3. In Address of Web site, type the complete address of the Web site for which you want to specify custom settings. For example, http://www.natashaflade.com
4. To specify that you want Internet Explorer to always allow cookies from the specified Web site to be saved on your computer, click Allow and then Okay.

Notes

  • When you change your privacy settings, the changes might not affect cookies that are already on your computer. If you want to ensure that all of the cookies on your computer meet your privacy settings, you should delete all of the existing cookies on your computer. When you return to Web sites that previously had saved cookies on your computer, the Web sites that meet your privacy settings will save cookies on your computer again. The Web sites that do not meet your privacy settings will not be allowed to save cookies on your computer, and might not function properly.

If this doesn't solve your problems, email me!

I also recommend that you test your Java Plug In. Java Plug. If you don't have Java Plug In on your computer, you need to install it. It's free, too!  If you have Java Plug In, but the test says you're running an older version, please download the latest version. I had to do this myself and it took less than 5 minutes to install and reboot my computer.

The newer Windows XP Pro edition blocks Axtive  X, which may prevent you from being able to see the security code. But it also tells you right at the top of the browser that it is blocking them, and allows you to easily enable Active X. With other Windows editions, just go to Tools, Internet Options, Advanced and enable everything having to do with Active X.

Norton Antivirus Ad Blocker may prevent you from seeing some of the photos on this site. For some unknown reason, it perceives some images as "ads." To prevent this, please disable ad blocker on your virus protection program while viewing my site. You can always turn it back on afterwards. MOST people don't have to do this, but it's something to try if nothing else works.

I got billed twice in one month. Why did that happen?
If you purchased a 30 day membership, it rebills every 30 days, not every month. So, for example, if you joined up for a 30-day membership on October 1st , it will rebill 30 days later on October 31st. But you're not getting double charged. If you got billed twice and this explanation doesn't seem to apply to you, write us at mmediately at centaurcelluloid<remove this>@gmail.com We're an honest company.

I don't like your site. Can I get a refund?
There are no refunds on memberships. My tour is very extensive so you know exactly what you're getting before you join. If you join and then lie and tell your credit card company that the charge was not authorized, you will be banned from all our sites!

I think I was billed accidentally or incorrectly. Should I just have the credit card company take the charge off my bill?
NO! If you have a problem with a charge on your credit card statement, please write me immediately and I will take care of it. The credit card companies charge me $40 every time someone disputes a transaction--even if it was an honest mistake and I fix it! Believe me, I'm not out to rip anyone off. I wouldn't be in business for over 4 years now if I treated my fans that way! It's very rare, but sometimes computer programs make mistakes. If that happens, I am happy to take care of it for you, so please give me a chance!
